OKX is seeking a Polish Language Manager to lead localization efforts for Polish users. This role involves ensuring exceptional localized experiences across products. The Language Manager will be responsible for strategic localization, SEO, content optimization, user feedback, and multitasking to improve product outcomes.He/she will be working with cross-functional teams and external agencies from project initiation to completion. The goal is to optimize content, gather user feedback, and maintain excellent translation quality.Responsibilities:
- Spearhead language quality initiatives via reviews and testing.
- Lead localization projects, coordinating with product and marketing teams.
- Optimize localized content for SEO.
- Ensure content aligns with Polish linguistic and cultural preferences.
- Gather user feedback on products and services, offering UI/UX insights.
- Assess language service providers and manage performance.
- Oversee the maintenance of translation assets.
- Provide market insights and analyze competitor activities.
- Ensure localized content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Native fluency in Polish and business proficiency in English.
- BA in translation, linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience in Polish translation, localization, or LQA, with project leadership.
- Experience in localization reviews and testing.
- Proficiency with TMS and CMS tools.
- Experience in creative translation and transcreation.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to conduct market research.
- Experience in assessing language service providers.
