OKX is seeking a Principal/Senior Product Manager to focus on financial (earn & loan) products. This role involves designing and managing crypto asset earn & loan products, contributing to the company's mission to reshape the future through crypto.
The Product Manager will drive product development from research to launch, collaborating with designers, UX researchers, and engineers. They will also conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify user needs and stay informed of market trends.
The role will be based in Hong Kong and requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Role Involves:
- Designing and managing crypto asset earn & loan products.
- Driving the entire product development process.
- Conducting competitor analysis and user research.
- Defining and delivering the product roadmap.
- Analyzing product performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in product management.
- Understanding of crypto, including CeFi trading and earn & loan products.
- Knowledge of financial markets.
- Data-driven and user-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
