OKX is seeking a Senior Product Director/Vice President, Growth. This role is based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will guide leaders and employees, develop employee experience programs, and coach managers.
Responsibilities include:
  • Guiding leaders and employees regarding company policies and HR programs.
  • Developing programs to enhance the employee experience.
  • Coaching and training managers in their communication and feedback skills.
  • Devising strategies to ensure a positive working environment.
  • Overseeing the employee handbook and culture playbook.
  • Helping administer the performance management process.
  • Partnering with Recruiting and Marketing to showcase company culture.
  • Measuring Employee Engagement Score and related program landing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 10+ years of experience as an HRBP, ideally in product and engineering.
  • Varied HR experience including employment law, compensation, and organizational planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team spirit and comfort working across different time zones and cultures.
  • Growth mindset, flexibility, objectivity, and integrity.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and coach people at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational management skills.
