Typeform is seeking a Head of Web Strategy to define and lead the strategic vision, optimization, and management of its website. This role is crucial for driving business growth through enhanced web performance, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and overall user experience. The Head of Web Strategy will ensure the website is a powerful driver of engagement and revenue, combining strategic thinking, content expertise, and data-driven decision-making.He/She will be responsible for prioritizing web projects across marketing, aligning them with revenue impact and Typeform’s broader site strategy. The ideal candidate will lead a team of SEO and CRO specialists and manage external agencies and contractors.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO and CRO specialists.
• Manage an external agency for website development.
• Analyze website performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Oversee SEO content strategy and growth strategies.
• Own web analytics and reporting.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in web strategy, content marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing website optimization efforts.
• Track record of leading teams and managing external agencies.
• Strong understanding of website performance metrics and SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with content strategy and editorial processes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large-scale website projects.
• Strong background in using data to drive web and content strategy.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and user experience best practices.
• Familiarity with paid and organic digital marketing strategies.
• Understanding of website architecture and content management systems.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with Webflow or similar platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing tools.
