Engineer - Platform - Team Comms at Culture Amp

Culture Amp is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Team Communications division. This role focuses on developing and enhancing Culture Amp's communication services, ensuring efficient, reliable, scalable, and customizable interactions across channels like email, SMS, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. The engineer will contribute to a microservice architecture, working with Typescript, Golang, and Ruby, and participate in team rituals to improve engineering culture.

Role involves:

• Building and maintaining services for communication channels (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Email).
• Maintaining and improving a dynamic microservice architecture.
• Participating in team rituals and contributing to engineering culture.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of back-end experience.
• Experience with backend languages (Golang, Typescript, and Ruby).
• Experience with backend frameworks (Node and Golang) and building APIs.
• Passionate about empowering other engineering teams.
• Effective communicator.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
