Jovem Aprendiz - Gestão de Talentos (Remoto) at ZENVIA

Zenvia is seeking a Jovem Aprendiz to join its Gestão de Talentos team in People. The candidate will support tools, indicators, and daily updates, ensuring employee well-being and contributing to team analysis and development. This is a LGBTQIAPN+ affirmative program, with remote work, but requires residence in São Paulo/SP for weekly in-person training.

Role Involves:

• Assisting in the configuration of agile process tools within People projects.
• Collaborating in extracting and analyzing performance-related metrics.
• Interacting with areas involved in Talent Management issues.
• Interacting with internal systems, including SuccessFactor, Jira, and Confluence.
• Generating reports and updating data.

Requirements:

• Residing in São Paulo/SP - Capital.
• Availability to work from 13h to 17h.
• Being between 14 and 20 years old.
• Interest in working with websites and the internet.
• Knowledge in the Office Package.
• Good organization and responsibility with remote work.
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Proactivity and attention to detail.
• Preferably wanting to pursue a career in human resources, administration or related areas.
