Zenvia is seeking a Jovem Aprendiz to join its Gestão de Talentos team in People. The candidate will support tools, indicators, and daily updates, ensuring employee well-being and contributing to team analysis and development. This is a LGBTQIAPN+ affirmative program, with remote work, but requires residence in São Paulo/SP for weekly in-person training.
Role Involves:
- Assisting in the configuration of agile process tools within People projects.
- Collaborating in extracting and analyzing performance-related metrics.
- Interacting with areas involved in Talent Management issues.
- Interacting with internal systems, including SuccessFactor, Jira, and Confluence.
- Generating reports and updating data.
Requirements:
- Residing in São Paulo/SP - Capital.
- Availability to work from 13h to 17h.
- Being between 14 and 20 years old.
- Interest in working with websites and the internet.
- Knowledge in the Office Package.
- Good organization and responsibility with remote work.
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Proactivity and attention to detail.
- Preferably wanting to pursue a career in human resources, administration or related areas.
