Job Description
Vectra AI is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its expanding accounting team in India. This role involves overseeing the monthly close cycle, leading process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Accounting Manager will report to the US-based Senior Accounting Manager.
  • Overseeing month-end close activities.
  • Preparing/reviewing journal entries.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Flux analyses in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Leading and mentoring team members.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX controls.
  • Supporting annual audit requirements.
  • Driving process improvement and automation.
  • Managing ad hoc projects.
  • At least 8 years of accounting experience, with U.S. GAAP knowledge preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA certification is a plus).
  • Experience working for a U.S. publicly traded company is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of month-end close processes and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite or other large ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience.
