Job Description
Vercel is seeking a Technical Consultant to provide expert technical guidance to its Enterprise customers. This role involves ensuring customers adopt Vercel-first solutions, adhere to best practices, and effectively utilize the platform for building high-performance, scalable web applications. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for executing technical success initiatives, proactively identifying customer challenges, and driving adoption and optimization through various tools and methods.
Responsibilities:
- Own the technical relationship for assigned Enterprise accounts.
- Advocate for Vercel-first solutions and guide customers toward best practices.
- Conduct technical assessments and performance evaluations.
- Provide implementation guidance on architecture and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align on customer goals.
- Surface structured feedback to influence Vercel’s product roadmap.
- Contribute to internal enablement efforts and support cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, technical consulting, or a related role.
- Experience with Vercel, React, and modern web performance best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and optimize performance.
- Experience driving customer adoption of best practices and influencing technical decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
