No formal Montessori training is required, as the company provides training during orientation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience at Guidepost Montessori, with potential for transitioning into a full-time Assistant Teacher position. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for:
  • Supporting mixed-age Montessori classrooms
  • Providing coverage for full-time teachers who are absent
  • Participating in training and onboarding programs

  • A negative TB test within the last 12 months
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A valid state background check
