Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Children's House Guide (Preschool Teacher) to join their team in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to empower 3 to 6-year-olds to develop independence and a love of learning.Guidepost Montessori is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Guide (Teacher) to support a mixed-age class of preschool-age children in a Montessori environment. The Lead Guide will prepare an environment that fosters independence and captivates a child’s interest. They will provide personalized support to each child, working with them individually and in small groups, demonstrating how to use materials, and giving precise language to understand their experiences.Role Involves:

• Observing each child to understand their needs.
• Preparing an orderly environment.
• Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
• Providing individual and small-group lessons.
• Forming personal connections with each child.
• Communicating and collaborating with parents.

Ideal Candidate Has:

• Obtained or is willing to obtain a Montessori diploma for 3-6.
• Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a group setting.
• Familiarity with child-led philosophies.
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits (Preferred).
• Earned a Bachelor’s Degree (any subject).
