Elementary Teacher

Pristine Academy Roatan, located in the Island of Roatán, is seeking a passionate English-speaking Montessori Elementary Teacher. The school is within Pristine Bay, incorporated within Próspera ZEDE. The teacher will lead an intimate Montessori elementary classroom, supporting students with lessons and real-world extensions. They will collaborate with program experts to create lesson plans and a classroom culture that values effort and inquiry. The role involves frequent communication with parents and close teamwork with co-teachers and program support coaches.

The Elementary Teacher will also participate in a network of educators, contributing to the improvement of a national program. They will join a fully-paid two-year accredited teacher training program to earn a Montessori elementary credential, partnering with local middle school and online school staff to optimize student experiences. Engagement with the research and development team will be a regular part of the role.

Requirements:
