Vercel is seeking a Sales Trainer & Onboarding Manager to spearhead the development and execution of Vercel Bootcamp, its flagship in-person onboarding program for sales and customer success representatives. This role demands a strategic and execution-oriented individual with a strong understanding of sales excellence and the ability to effectively ramp up enterprise sales representatives.
The Sales Trainer & Onboarding Manager will design and manage new hire onboarding curriculums for sales and customer success, working closely with Field Readiness leads and Sales Managers to enhance asynchronous onboarding initiatives. This role serves as the primary point of contact for onboarding success, ensuring new GTM hires quickly and effectively meet their targets. The ideal candidate possesses a track record of enterprise sales success, deep technical acumen, and the ability to scale sales onboarding within a dev tools environment.
