Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher for their new school in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to nurture infants in an environment designed for growth and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of infants in a Montessori environment, preparing the environment, fostering independence, and providing personalized support to each child.Role involves:
  • Observing each child to meet their needs
  • Preparing an orderly environment
  • Cultivating independence
  • Forming connections with children and parents
Requirements:
  • Interest in Montessori training (sponsored) or prior Montessori diploma
  • Experience working with children ages 0-3
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (any subject)
