Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher for their new school in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role offers the opportunity to nurture toddlers in a Montessori environment designed for growth and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class, fostering independence and captivating children's interests.
Role involves:
- Observing children to meet their needs.
- Preparing an orderly environment.
- Cultivating independence.
- Providing lessons in practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy.
- Forming connections with children and parents.
Requirements:
- Interest in Montessori training (sponsored).
- Experience with children ages 0-3.
- Familiarity with child-led philosophies.
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (any subject)
