Appinio, a global market research company, is seeking a Senior Client Relations Manager - Energy to join their team. What this role involves: - Developing and owning growth strategy for the Energy vertical.
- Representing Appinio to marketing and insights decision-makers within the Energy industry.
- Acquiring new customers, advising and coaching them on the most relevant Market Research approach.
- Scoping and qualifying client requirements for both new and existing projects.
- Acting as the voice of Energy customers, staying attuned to their pain points, competition, and growth prospects.
- Building and maintaining a strong network within the Energy industry.
- Creating partnership opportunities within the industry.
- Representing Appinio at trade fairs and public speaking events.
- Working closely with Customer Success, Inside Sales and Marketing Team to maximise growth opportunities.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales preferably in the energy industry.
- Extensive network within the energy industry, coupled with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Experience handling the full life cycle from pre-sales to closing.
- Excellent proficiency in German and English (other languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in working with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot.
- Based in Germany, ideally in Hamburg.
- Empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others.
