Senior Client Relations Manager - Media & Entertainment (m/f/d)

Job Description

Appinio, a global market research company, is seeking a Senior Client Relations Manager to join their team. The role involves working closely with the Director of Sales and acting as a trusted advisor to customers in the Media & Entertainment sector.

The Senior Client Relations Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with companies in the Media/Entertainment industry, showcasing Appinio's capabilities, and developing mutually beneficial commercial frameworks.

What this role involves:

• Developing and owning growth strategy for the Media/Entertainment vertical
• Representing Appinio to marketing and insights decision-makers
• Acquiring new customers and advising them on market research approaches
• Scoping and qualifying client requirements
• Acting as the voice of Media/Entertainment customers
• Building and maintaining a strong network within the industry
• Creating partnership opportunities
• Representing Appinio at trade fairs and public speaking events
• Working closely with Customer Success, Inside Sales, and Marketing teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Media/Entertainment
• Extensive network within the Media/Entertainment industry
• Strong customer-centric mindset
• Experience handling the full life cycle from pre-sales to closing
• Excellent proficiency in German and English
• Proficiency in working with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot
• Based in Germany, ideally in Hamburg
• Empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others
