Appinio is seeking a Senior Client Relations Manager - Telecommunications to join their team and collaborate with the Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, emphasizing the significance of market research, innovation, and consumer centricity.This role involves:
- Developing and owning the growth strategy for the Telecommunications vertical.
- Representing Appinio to marketing and insights decision-makers.
- Acquiring new customers and advising them on market research approaches.
- Scoping and qualifying client requirements for projects.
- Acting as the voice of Telecommunications customers.
- Building and maintaining a strong network within the industry.
- Creating partnership opportunities.
- Representing Appinio at trade fairs and public speaking events.
- Collaborating with Customer Success, Inside Sales, and Marketing teams.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Telecommunications.
- An extensive network within the Telecommunications industry.
- Experience handling the full sales life cycle.
- Excellent proficiency in German and English.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, ideally Hubspot.
- Based in Germany, ideally in Hamburg.
- Empathetic nature.
