Hightouch is seeking a talented Design Engineer to enhance its web presence and collaborate with the marketing team. This role involves shaping how Hightouch positions and promotes its product offerings.

The Design Engineer will be responsible for the public-facing website, hightouch.com. This includes leading the design and implementation of marketing website projects, integrating CMS-powered interfaces, maintaining the design system, developing engaging animations, and ensuring the site reinforces the brand identity.

Hightouch's mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data. Hundreds of companies, including Autotrader, Calendly, Cars.com, Monday.com, and PetSmart, trust Hightouch to power their growth.

Role involves:

• Leading the design and implementation of marketing website projects
• Integrating CMS-powered interfaces
• Building and maintaining our design system
• Developing engaging animations
• Exercising strong design judgment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software/web engineering
• Strong proficiency in React, CSS, and Next.js
• Excellent design taste and a keen eye for detail
• Experience with code-based animations
• Ability to work autonomously
• Deep understanding of SEO principles

Role offers:

• A salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 USD per year
• A generous equity package
