Customer Architect - UK

Job Description

Elastic is seeking a Customer Architect to drive consumption of their solutions. The role involves aligning solutions with customer business objectives, onboarding customers, securing adoption, and facilitating expansion. The Customer Architect will serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor, working with customers and internal teams to exceed expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role involves:

• Collaborating with account teams to provide technical support.
• Defining technical success plans for customers.
• Ensuring successful customer onboarding and adoption.
• Understanding and articulating the value of Elastic solutions.
• Identifying and eliminating technical frictions.
• Liaising between customers and support.
• Delivering personalized solutions with the Service Team.
• Translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Fostering ongoing customer relationships.
• Reviewing customer consumption and suggesting upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer.
• Experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong social and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
