KnowBe4 is seeking a Customer Implementation Specialist (CIS) to join their Customer Success team in Utrecht, Netherlands. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers across KnowBe4's product lines. The CIS will collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and internal stakeholders to guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring they quickly realize the value of the platform.

The Customer Implementation Specialist is responsible for the smooth onboarding and integration of KnowBe4’s products for new customers. He will work closely with customers to facilitate the adoption and effective use of the KnowBe4 platform.

Role Involves:

  • Leading the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Collaborating with CSMs and Sales teams.
  • Providing hands-on support during platform setup and training.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact during implementation.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with clients.
  • Documenting implementation steps.
  • Coordinating with technical support.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with IT Security concepts.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
  • Experience with web browsers.
  • Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of the KnowBe4 platform.
  • Ability to work independently and build rapport with customers.
