KnowBe4 is seeking a Customer Success Manager to cultivate strong customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value. Located in Melbourne, Australia, this role involves ensuring customers achieve their objectives through the effective use of KnowBe4's products and services.

The Customer Success Manager will manage new customer onboarding and assist with renewals. They will also perform periodic business reviews, drive cross-functional initiatives, and meet performance and bookings targets.
