Keyfactor is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead complex solution deployments for enterprise-level customers. The Solutions Architect will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on technical aspects and best practices. This role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The position is based in Keyfactor's Stockholm office in Sweden and follows a hybrid work model.

Role involves:

  • Leading complex solution deployments for enterprise-level customers.
  • Providing expert guidance on technical aspects and best practices.
  • Assisting with the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
  • Mentoring junior team members and provide technical guidance.
  • Acting as a primary technical point of contact for customers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participating in the development of technical strategies and roadmaps.
  • Resolving escalated technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments and provide recommendations.
  • Assisting in pre-sales activities and solution design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field; or equivalent experience.
  • Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies.
  • Moderate understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services.
  • Moderate experience with Unix/Linux.
  • Moderate experience with scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Moderate familiarity with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
  • Moderate familiarity with business application suites such as Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers.
