Keyfactor is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead complex solution deployments for enterprise-level customers. The Solutions Architect will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on technical aspects and best practices. This role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
The position is based in Keyfactor's Stockholm office in Sweden and follows a hybrid work model.
Role involves:
- Leading complex solution deployments for enterprise-level customers.
- Providing expert guidance on technical aspects and best practices.
- Assisting with the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
- Mentoring junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Acting as a primary technical point of contact for customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participating in the development of technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Resolving escalated technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments and provide recommendations.
- Assisting in pre-sales activities and solution design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field; or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies.
- Moderate understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
- Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services.
- Moderate experience with Unix/Linux.
- Moderate experience with scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.).
- Moderate familiarity with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
- Moderate familiarity with business application suites such as Microsoft 365.
- Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers.
