Team Leader, ELM at Altium

Altium is seeking a Team Leader to join their A365 Software Engineering team in Wrocław, Poland. This role involves leading a team of developers working on projects from the enterprise backlog and resolving production issues for Altium 365 enterprise customers. The Team Leader will collaborate with both Altium's and customers' engineering teams, contribute to the full software development lifecycle and oversee daily team operations. Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing an engineering team and projects
• Collaboration with both Altium's and customers' engineering teams
• Investigating and resolving performance issues and specific cases
• Writing and reviewing code (50% of the time)
• Overseeing daily team operations
• Contribution to the full software development lifecycle

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in team and project leadership
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience working in reputable companies with international teams
• Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude
• Senior-level knowledge of Java
• Experience Resolving production issues (analyzing application logs, crash dumps, tracing,etc.)
• Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
• Java AWS, EC2, ECS, RDS, etc.
• Multi-tenant architecture, microservices
• CI, CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• MySQL (FireBird, Oracle as a plus)
• Knowledge of .NET Core, .NET Framework would be a plus
