Getsafe is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their Data and Analytics team. This role is crucial for fostering a data-centric culture, improving decision-making, and supporting strategic initiatives through analytics. The Senior Analytics Engineer will be instrumental in shaping the data architecture of 21st-century insurance and enabling self-service and product-led motions.

Role Involves:

• Establishing a data-driven culture by defining, tracking, and operationalizing metrics.
• Managing cross-functional data projects related to revenue, pricing, and usage.
• Creating scalable pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and analysis from multiple sources.
• Developing dashboards and reports to empower the team to extract and analyze data independently.
• Conducting analyses to uncover insights and inform key decisions.
• Communicating complex data insights clearly across the organization.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant Data role.
• Highly skilled in SQL and building data pipelines with dbt.
• Proficient in quantitative programming languages, Python preferred.
• Experienced in using business intelligence tools, such as Thoughtspot.
• Adept at crafting clear data stories using decks, memos, and dashboards.
• Best-in-class attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships across diverse teams.
• Proven track record of delivering significant business impact.
