Tide is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join their Sales team in Bulgaria. The role focuses on enhancing sales operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvements. The Senior Operations Analyst will work closely with Sales, BI, and Operations teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building reporting suites and delivering analyses for Sales using past and live data.
  • Resolving operational issues and escalating complex cases.
  • Handling level 3 escalations and ensuring process efficiency.
  • Identifying and implementing solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Maintaining and developing workforce management tools.
  • Partnering with Sales and other Operations teams to solve issues and streamline processes.
  • Engaging with key internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an operational or data analytics role.
  • Strong understanding of outbound tele-sales metrics.
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Solution-driven mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Resilience and determination.
  • Background in technology-driven environments is a plus.
  • Analytical and data visualization skills with experience in BI tools is a plus.
