Job Description

Tide, a finance platform for small businesses, is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Analyst in Hyderabad, India. The role is within the Ongoing Monitoring team, focusing on analyzing transactions to detect and prevent fraud and financial crime.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing transactions across different payment types.
  • Conducting sanction screenings.
  • Performing full profile reviews.
  • Identifying efficiencies in tools and processes.
  • Utilizing investigation tools for financial crime investigations.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • 1+ years of experience in AML and transaction monitoring controls.
  • Understanding of CDD and EDD processes.
  • Experience within financial services, preferably in the banking sector or FinTech industry.
  • Fluency in French(at least B2 level or higher, with certification preferred).
  • A curious and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to identify process improvements.
  • Comfort working in flexible shift patterns and willingness to work weekends.
