Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Technical Data Analyst to contribute to data migration, conversion, and validation projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of financial portfolio data, foundational Python programming skills, and exceptional communication abilities. This role requires delivering results in alignment with project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Role involves:
- Converting, migrating, and validating data from various sources using existing tools and processes.
- Completing data projects on time, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinating with project teams, providing regular status updates.
- Running, modifying, fixing, or debugging Python ETL scripts as needed.
- Identifying and driving improvements to current processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technology and finance.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Domain experience in wealth/portfolio/investment management.
- Proficiency in Python and ETL concepts.
- Understanding of financial markets and portfolio data.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solution-oriented with a passion for problem-solving.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
