Job Description

CookUnity is seeking a Head of People Success to drive the transformation of its People Success function. This role goes beyond traditional HR, leveraging AI, technology, and forward-thinking strategies. The Head of People Success will be a key member of the Executive Team, reporting to the Founder & CEO, and will be responsible for designing and executing a People strategy that integrates automation, fosters a connected hybrid workforce, and optimizes team performance through incentives.

The candidate should have:

  • Proven track record of driving business transformation, growth, and operational excellence through People strategies.
  • Strong exposure to business operations, growth, finance, or product-oriented companies.
  • Experience designing and executing transformative People strategies in fast-growing, innovative environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading cultural transformation and scaling organizations.
  • Experience working with globally distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Passion and curiosity for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical and operational acumen.
  • Innovative approach to leadership development, talent acquisition, and retention.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Preferably be based in New York
