Wellhub (formerly Gympass) is seeking an SMB Inside Sales Analyst to join their team in Brazil. This is a affirmative action position for black people. This role involves managing a high volume of new leads, conducting negotiations via phone, video calls, chat, and email, developing personalized commercial proposals, and maintaining a focus on revenue generation and efficient processes using Salesforce. The Inside Sales Analyst will also act strategically in the conduction, negotiation, and closing of solid and sustainable deals.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and negotiating with small businesses (20-100 employees).
  • Conducting negotiations via multiple channels (phone, video calls, chat, email).
  • Developing customized commercial proposals.
  • Managing a high-volume pipeline.
  • Negotiating with inbound and outbound leads.
  • Strategically driving, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Maintaining focus on revenue generation.
  • Using Salesforce as a CRM tool.


Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Ability to manage short sales cycles.
  • Consultative and strategic approach to client management.
  • Experience converting qualified inbound leads.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple communication channels.
  • Organization and discipline to handle a high-volume pipeline.
  • Focus on results and ability to plan and achieve goals.
  • Leadership skills in prospect and client interactions.
  • Collaborative profile, building relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to conduct business conversations at different hierarchical levels.
  • Resilience and persistence to maintain focus on results.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
