The Revenue Enablement Sr. Specialist role at Wellhub supports the Revenue team by enhancing sales productivity . The Specialist will ensure every sales representative and leader possesses the necessary skills to excel in their roles. This position is based in Brazil, specifically in São Paulo and it could be hybrid.
Role Involves:
- Organizing, creating, and delivering trainings to the revenue team
- Creating and organizing an accessible library of necessary job-related information
- Playing a key role in creating a holistic enablement and development program
- Communicating with representatives to help them navigate content
- Interacting and collaborating with senior stakeholders to gather inputs
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-performance sales organization in B2B sales, enablement, or learning and development
- Experience in curriculum development, training, and delivery
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Dynamic, engaging, and agile presentation skills
- Proficiency in debating recommendations with stakeholders
- Self-guided and proactive in identifying and addressing potential risks
- Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and project management skills
- Collaborative team player
