The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on optimal insurance coverage, building trust through innovative digital consultations, and ensuring clients are appropriately insured based on their life stage. This role involves no cold calling; all consultations are based on identified needs.

Role Involves:

• Advising clients on optimal insurance coverage.
• Building trust through innovative digital consultations.
• Ensuring clients are appropriately insured.
• Contributing ideas for strategic team development.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a merchant or specialist in insurance and finance or studies in insurance/finance/banking.
• Knowledge of digital sales structures.
• Experience in holistic consulting of insurance products, ideally in personal insurance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in German; English is an asset.
