The ideal candidate will guide customers through the digital process, address questions, and identify coverage gaps. They will also schedule appointments for customer advisors and contribute to the strategic development of the team.Role involves:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone.
• Guiding customers through the digital process.
• Identifying gaps in insurance coverage.
• Scheduling consultation appointments.
• Contributing ideas for team development.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for digital sales structures.
• Fluency in German.
