Algolia is seeking a Renewals Account Executive to manage strategic engagements with valuable customers. This role involves collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to execute account strategies. The Renewals Account Executive will proactively engage with customers to assess satisfaction, identify risks, and explore expansion opportunities.
The role manages the entire renewal process, including providing notices, creating quotes, forecasting, negotiating, and addressing legal requirements. Collaboration with Sales, CSEs, CSMs, finance, and the deal desk is essential. The candidate will work directly with Algolia's customer base, addressing their needs and challenges, and building relationships to maximize benefits at renewal time.
