The Partner Account Manager will contribute to Algolia's growth by developing relationships with System Integrators and Digital Agencies in the DACH region. This role involves leading the partnership and alliances strategy, exceeding revenue targets, developing joint solutions, and driving sales and marketing alignment.

The Partner Account Manager will deliver marketing messages regarding Algolia’s strategic partner solutions to a broad audience, including internal stakeholders such as sales and external groups such as clients and prospects.

Role involves:

  • Recruiting and managing key Algolia partners.
  • Building and executing local strategy to increase revenue.
  • Coordinating across teams to provide guidance on partner needs.
  • Driving incremental pipeline from joint activities with partners.
  • Presenting proposals for new programs and updates to sales leadership.
  • Developing joint sales and marketing collateral.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written German skills.
  • Previous experience as an Alliance, Channel, or Partner Manager.
  • Recent success with alliance, sales, or partner management.
  • History of establishing new relationships with partners.
  • Ability to drive creation of whitepapers and other marketing materials.
  • Experience in a SaaS Account Executive role is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience.
