Job Description

Algolia is seeking a Partner Account Manager to strengthen its presence in the DACH region. This role involves developing relationships with System Integrators and Digital Agencies. The Partner Account Manager will spearhead the partnership and alliances strategy, aiming to surpass Algolia's partner revenue and growth objectives. A key aspect will be developing joint solutions, aligning sales and marketing efforts, and creating joint marketing collateral.

Role involves:

  • Recruiting and managing key Algolia partners.
  • Building and executing local strategies to increase partner revenue.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to guide strategic partner needs.
  • Driving incremental pipeline through joint activities.
  • Presenting proposals for new and existing programs.
  • Developing joint sales and marketing collateral.

Requirements:

  • Excellent German skills (spoken and written).
  • Quota-carrying experience in Alliance, Channel, or Partner Management.
  • History of establishing new partner relationships.
  • Experience driving joint co-selling and co-marketing activities.
  • Ability to create whitepapers, blog posts, and product datasheets.
  • 3+ years of experience.
