Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Regional Vice President, Enterprise to lead and support a team of Regional Directors. The role involves driving revenue growth, coaching existing representatives, and attracting new talent. As a key leader, the RVP will ensure the region's success, maintain its reputation and culture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional goals with North America and company objectives. Grafana Labs needs a candidate experienced in articulating the value of solutions, building relationships with prospects, and working closely with GTM leadership. This role reports to the Vice President of America Sales and involves managing a team of five Regional Directors across the United States.
  • Fostering teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Traveling to assist in deal creation and closure.
  • Partnering across all of Grafana's GTM leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Hiring, retaining, and developing talent across the team.
  • 3+ years of second or third line SaaS Sales leadership
  • Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas
  • Experience leading product-led sales teams
