Job Description
GoCardless is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to join their team in Riga, Latvia. This role is crucial in supporting customers and ensuring a smooth journey from day one. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and various teams within GoCardless, developing communication, operational, and prioritization skills. Role Involves:
  • Providing excellent customer service via email and phone.
  • Addressing product usage inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Conducting KYC checks.
  • Analyzing and reporting product issues.
  • Guiding customers on using the dashboard.
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media.
  • Performing politically exposed persons (PEP), Sanctions and Adverse media screening.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort with complexity and technical products.
  • Ability to follow and improve processes.
  • Ability to work fast and remain calm under pressure.
