WOO X is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, fostering growth, and ensuring client needs are met. The Business Development Manager will work within a team that spans multiple time zones and collaborates closely with product and ecosystem teams.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategies to acquire, onboard, and manage high-volume trading clients.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the crypto industry and trading strategies.
- Identifying and establishing relationships with key partners.
- Managing and optimizing existing client relationships.
- Collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and ensure a seamless trading experience.
- Analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities.
- Coordinating with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial trading industries.
- Strong network within the institutional trading ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-volume trading clients.
- In-depth knowledge of crypto trading strategies and liquidity dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
- Passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial markets.
