Job Description

WOO X is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, fostering growth, and ensuring client needs are met. The Business Development Manager will work within a team that spans multiple time zones and collaborates closely with product and ecosystem teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategies to acquire, onboard, and manage high-volume trading clients.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the crypto industry and trading strategies.
  • Identifying and establishing relationships with key partners.
  • Managing and optimizing existing client relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and ensure a seamless trading experience.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities.
  • Coordinating with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial trading industries.
  • Strong network within the institutional trading ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-volume trading clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of crypto trading strategies and liquidity dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • Passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial markets.
