Job Description
WOO X is seeking a Global Business Development Manager to focus on the card team. This role is integral to expanding the credit card business by managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with various teams to align offerings with market demands, operating across time zones to meet client needs and foster revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing strategies for partnerships with financial institutions and payment networks.
  • Identifying and establishing relationships with strategic partners.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and improve customer experience.
  • Managing and optimizing client and partner relationships.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to identify business opportunities.
  • Leading negotiations and deal structuring with banks and fintech companies.
  • Coordinating with regulatory and risk teams to ensure compliance.

Requirements include:
  • 4+ years of experience in business development within the credit card, payments, or financial services industry.
  • Strong network within the banking, fintech, and payment ecosystems.
  • Success in acquiring and managing high-value partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit card payment systems and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic and data-driven approach to business development.
