Content/Social Media Manager

Job Description

WOO is seeking a proactive and self-driven Content/Social Media Manager to join its Ecosystem Team. This role involves supporting the growth of the WOO brand, including its token and products. The Ecosystem Team is primarily remote and focuses on areas such as WOO tokenomics, investor relations, fundraising, partnerships, community, social media, and other branding and marketing initiatives.Role responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing, and managing the social media strategy across platforms like X, Telegram, and Discord, with a focus on building brand awareness and fostering social engagement.
• Crafting high-quality, engaging, and informative content tailored to the DeFi audience, including educational posts, tutorials, market insights, infographics, and memes.
• Actively monitoring and participating in discussions within the DeFi community, engaging with users, responding to inquiries, and fostering a positive and informative environment.
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on key metrics to the team.
• Working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align content with the overall brand strategy and product updates.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and developments in the DeFi space to ensure content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
• Identifying and collaborating with key influencers and thought leaders in the DeFi and crypto space to amplify the brand’s reach.

Requirements for this role include:

• Deep understanding and passion for DeFi, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies, with active participation in DeFi and a strong personal presence in the space.
• Proven experience in creating and managing high-quality content tailored to a specific audience, preferably in the DeFi or crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, particularly those popular in web3 (e.g., Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Telegram).
• Ability to convey complex DeFi concepts in a clear, engaging, and relatable manner.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High motivation, proactivity, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote work environment.
