Senior Ecosystem Manager

Job Description

WOO is seeking a Senior Ecosystem Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the growth of the WOO brand, including its token and products, within the Eco team.

The Senior Ecosystem Manager will be responsible for the vision and strategy of the WOO ecosystem. They will develop and execute initiatives to drive growth, adoption, and network effects for WOO products and services. This includes overseeing all aspects of ecosystem development, such as partnerships and investor relations. The role also involves leading the development and implementation of tokenomics strategies to maximize the utility and value of the WOO token.

The successful candidate will be a crypto native with a deep understanding of both CeFi and DeFi landscapes, possessing a proven track record of success in building and managing ecosystems. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning the vision and strategy for the WOO ecosystem.
• Developing and executing initiatives that drive growth, adoption, and network effects for WOO products and services.
• Overseeing all aspects of WOO ecosystem development, including partnerships and investor relations.
• Leading the development and implementation of tokenomics strategies to maximize the utility and value of the WOO token.
• Identifying and securing strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols, exchanges, and other relevant players in the crypto ecosystem.
• Managing and cultivating relationships with key ecosystem partners.
• Measuring and analysing the performance of the WOO ecosystem, using data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Staying ahead of the curve on the latest trends and innovations in the crypto space.

Requirements:

• A crypto native with a deep understanding of both CeFi and DeFi landscapes.
• Proven track record of success in building and managing ecosystems, ideally within the crypto space.
• A master of partnerships, with the ability to forge strategic alliances with key players in the industry, including DeFi protocols, exchanges, etc.
• A data-driven leader with a knack for identifying growth opportunities and translating them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A self-starter with a "get things done" attitude; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bonus points for experience with tokenomics design and implementation.
