Job Description

WOO is seeking a Tokenomics & Governance Manager to join its Eco team. The company operates a centralized exchange (WOO X) and a decentralized platform (WOOFi), aiming to democratize access to liquidity and trading execution. The Eco team supports the growth of the WOO brand, including the token and products. This role is primarily remote.

The Tokenomics & Governance Manager will design, analyze, and optimize token economic models and governance mechanisms, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. They will also drive adoption, user engagement, and effective decentralized decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing tokenomics models.
• Developing governance structures.
• Analysing market trends.
• Collaborating with developers and community managers.
• Conducting economic modelling.
• Working with stakeholders to optimize governance frameworks.
• Monitoring and measuring token performance.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

• Experience designing tokenomics and governance models in DeFi projects and DAOs.
• Understanding of incentive mechanisms, staking models, and governance structures.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and governance tooling.
• Familiarity with on-chain and off-chain governance processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for decentralized finance, blockchain technology, and Web3 innovation.
