Senior Accounting Analyst at WOO X

WOO X is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join their Finance team in Taipei, Taiwan. WOO X is a global centralised crypto futures and spot trading platform offering best-in-class liquidity and price execution. The Senior Accounting Analyst will be an integral part of the Finance team, contributing to financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role ensures accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulations and accounting standards while analyzing financial data to provide stakeholders with timely and reliable financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Execute finance operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage tax compliance and audit processes.
• Oversee the processing of supplier invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Provide accounting and financial support to local and overseas offices.
• Monitor day-to-day financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Over 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge with the ability to work independently.
• Good understanding of Company Law and Tax Law.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
