WOO X is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Tech Support team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing assistance to WOO X's valued customers.
This role involves:
Providing timely and accurate feedback to customers.
Investigating technical issues and performing analysis using logs.
Classifying the urgency of issues and escalating them to relevant teams.
Contributing to educating and supporting client services teams.
Defining the framework of the documentation process for product changes.
Bringing the client voice to internal teams, collecting context information, and raising issues to the Dev Team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Proficiency in using communication platforms such as JIRA, Zendesk, and Telegram.
Strong documentation skills.
Development capabilities with proficiency in one programming language (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
Ability to guide clients in implementing trading programs with the company's API.
Proficiency in using monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Linux Shell Script, SQL, ELK (Kibana), Grafana.
