Senior Technical Support Engineer

WOO X is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Tech Support team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing assistance to WOO X's valued customers.

This role involves:

  • Providing timely and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Investigating technical issues and performing analysis using logs.
  • Classifying the urgency of issues and escalating them to relevant teams.
  • Contributing to educating and supporting client services teams.
  • Defining the framework of the documentation process for product changes.
  • Bringing the client voice to internal teams, collecting context information, and raising issues to the Dev Team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficiency in using communication platforms such as JIRA, Zendesk, and Telegram.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Development capabilities with proficiency in one programming language (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Ability to guide clients in implementing trading programs with the company's API.
  • Proficiency in using monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Linux Shell Script, SQL, ELK (Kibana), Grafana.
  • Fluent English.
