Job Description

Cleo is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Notifications to join their Growth team in London. Cleo is working to change humanity's relationship with money, envisioning a world where everyone has access to financial advice. The Lead Product Manager will focus on enhancing user engagement and retention through personalized notifications. The role involves developing and implementing a system that uses machine learning to determine which notifications to send to users, improving app retention.

The Role Involves:

• Driving the strategy and execution of Cleo's notification system.
• Optimizing notification delivery through machine learning models.
• Collaborating on content strategy to develop engaging notifications.
• Leading a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
• Maintaining a high standard of execution and ensuring team alignment.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Product Management with a track record in user engagement.
• Experience with notifications and in-app messaging channels are required.
• Experience in ML or tooling is a plus.
• Resilience and the ability to unblock team challenges.
• Strategic and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong execution and technical acumen.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
