The company is seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager to manage diverse, low-volume projects, ensuring seamless execution from client requirements to final delivery. The Associate Technical Project Manager will act as a bridge between US clients and Mexican manufacturing partners, ensuring smooth production that meets specifications and stays within budget, while driving continuous process improvements.

Role Involves:

• Managing diverse, low-volume manufacturing projects.
• Ensuring projects meet client requirements from start to finish.
• Acting as a liaison between US clients and Mexican manufacturing partners.
• Ensuring production adheres to specifications and budgets.
• Driving continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CNC machining (essential) and other manufacturing processes (3D printing, injection molding, etc.).
• Strong project management skills (scope, timelines, quality control).
• Problem-solving skills for technical production issues.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• English fluency and experience in multicultural work environments.
• Proactive mindset, thriving in dynamic environments.
