The company is seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager to manage high-mix, low-volume projects, ensuring flawless execution from client requirements to final delivery. The role involves acting as a bridge between US clients and Mexican manufacturing partners, ensuring smooth production, adherence to specifications, and budget compliance, while driving continuous process improvements.

Role Involves:

• Managing projects from client requirements to delivery.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of CNC machining (essential) and other manufacturing processes.
• Solid project management skills, including scope, time, and quality control.
• Ability to solve technical production problems and communicate solutions effectively.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Fluency in English and experience in multicultural work environments.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
