Job Description
Grata is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager - Data Analytics to join their team. This role is based in New York, NY. The Strategy & Operations Manager will play a key role in shaping and building Grata's newest team. He/she will work closely with leadership to tackle some of the company’s most important challenges. In this role, he/she will take ownership of projects from start to finish, become the backbone of our analytics efforts, and act as a trusted strategic partner to the Relationship Management, Account Management, and Product teams, driving impactful results across the business.
- Identifying & unlocking strategic areas for growth by designing and managing customer territories.
- Performing customer and revenue analytics by creating and managing dashboards and KPI trackers.
- Serving as the key analytical resource for the team, writing SQL queries in Databricks to extract critical insights, automate reporting, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Supporting the product team through the analysis of user engagement, feature adoption, and customer retention drivers to guide product-led growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth environment
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
- Comfort with financial modeling and SQL querying.
- Proven track record of building data-driven plans, securing buy-in, and executing effectively.
- Highly organized and set a high bar for timeliness, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through
