Algolia is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow the travel, telco, FSI, and media verticals in the French market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and closing deals. This role involves researching prospective customers and adapting sales strategies.

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will play a key role in defining Algolia's sales model and driving revenue growth. The candidate should be a resilient problem solver who can execute without defined processes and contribute to raising the level of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing a sales pipeline within Enterprise Accounts
  • Strategic prospecting into key accounts and verticals
  • Communicating transparently both internally and externally
  • Turning inbound and outbound leads into happy Algolia users
  • Making every Algolia user a satisfied customer
  • Collaborating across teams to better focus customer-facing efforts
  • Building compelling demonstrations and sales materials

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in a closing role (Enterprise sales)
  • Experience working with CAC 40 companies and strategy system integrators
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Willingness to speak at events/conferences
  • Ability to come to the Paris office 2-3 days per week
