Director of Engineering

Job Description

Inbank is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead and mentor a team of 80+ engineers. The Director will be responsible for managing engineering teams, ensuring quality and velocity standards are met, and collaborating with teams across the company to deliver high-quality software products. Inbank is an international fintech platform and the role offers opportunity to be part of the company's IPO journey.

Role Involves:

• Promoting the platform engine and coaching teams to leverage technology.
• Directly leading 5 Engineering Managers.
• Driving architectural decisions and ensuring application performance.
• Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve engineering processes.
• Defining and executing the technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Playing a key role in the hiring process and building product engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in software development and system architecture.
• Experience in a senior-level engineering leadership position in a product company.
• Ability to coordinate complex technical projects and provide clear progress updates.
• Ability to transform data and metrics into strategic insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• High level of written and verbal English communication skills.
