Innovaccer is seeking an Associate Director-Market Research to lead its healthcare technology products research, focusing on the US market. The role involves driving strategic projects through analytical rigor and a deep understanding of value-based care.

The Associate Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage healthcare technology and marketing expertise, and inform high-level decision-making. This person will be responsible for refining market segmentation, evaluating Innovaccer's offerings, and providing executive-level guidance on positioning and messaging.

Role involves:

  • Leading advanced research and paper development.
  • Strategic segmentation and thought leadership.
  • Synthesizing competitive benchmarks and recommendations.
  • Cross-functional influence and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in market research, strategic consulting, or product marketing.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or IT is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in crafting influential white papers and reports.
  • Expert-level understanding of survey design and data analytics.
  • Solid understanding of value-based care models and healthcare trends in the U.S.
